Once the Letter of Intent is signed, we'll apply for the necessary permits at the city office and arrange the required visits from the city inspector.
Build
This is the stage where the real remodeling work kicks off. Your project manager will keep you in the loop on key milestones and check in for your input whenever it’s needed.
Completion
After checking everything, the final inspection by the city office will be scheduled. After getting the Certificate of Occupancy, you just need to sign our release form and enjoy your new home!
